| Abstract: | This paper presents the intersected -torn method which breaks through he limitation that all incident nodes must be entirely accessible. Based on the topological conditions for reliability of indirectly accessible terminals, we can diagnose and locate the fault at subnetwork--level. So it is a method of general significance. |
