Analysis on the Service for Readers of the Library in the Network Environment

This paper analyzes on the characteristics of and corresponding countermeasures for the service fir readers of the library in the network environment,and points out that in the network environment the library,which wants to fight for a tiny space in the future drastic information competition,must persist in the principle of "the service first and the readers first",fit in with the development of the modern information technique,understand the requirements of the readers,provide the characteristic service,and improve the knowledge structure of the librarians.
