| 摘 要： | 科技企业孵化器是培育中小型企业和促进科技成果转化的重要载体，是高新技术产业化和区域创新体系的重要组成部分。系统而全面地梳理和分析了浙江科技企业孵化器发展的概况、特点和存在问题，研究并提出了进一步加快孵化器建设和发展的对策建议。
