| 摘 要： | 在有过量的Cu(Ⅱ)存在时,将痕量的碘离子Ⅰ~-以难溶化合物CuⅠ形式电沉积在汞膜电极上,然后以Fe(Ⅲ)或Hg(Ⅱ)为氧化剂进行氧化电位溶出法测定,可检出1.0×10~(-10)M的Ⅰ~-。用此法测得紫菜中碘的含量为3.3％(g/g),与分光光度法结果一致。
