| 摘 要： | 本文针对A军工企业研究所绩效考评存在的问题，有针对性地设计了研究所所长、办公室主任、设计师等三类不同人员的绩效考核表，并给出了各个评价指标的权重和评分标准以及评分范围，具有一定的科学性和借鉴性。
