Research of the production process of a company based on cellular automata

To reduce and prevent the accidents in the production process of a company, the theory of cellular automata is applied to the research of this , a cellular automata model for the executing system of the workers in the processing plant is formulated. Through the simulation in different states of personal factors and environ- mental factors ,the analysis shows that the extend that the works comply with the regulations is one of the key factors that affect the degree of safety in the production process. The advices are helpful that the company must pay more attention to how the regulations can be executed carefully to reduce the gaps between actual behaviors and standard behaviors according to the regulations. This is meaningful for the research of safe production of a company .
