LNG储罐外墙模态分析

摘    要:以某大型LNG(液化天然气)储罐结构为例,考虑到贮液条件下储罐与液体的相互作用与影响,即液体与结构的耦合问题,采用有限元方法对储罐结构进行了模态分析.结果表明:空罐,前三阶频率为6.376、6.376、6.468Hz,内罐贮液,前三阶频率0.102、0.102、0.137 Hz,内罐泄漏后,前三阶频率0.093、0.093、0.136 Hz,内罐贮液与内罐泄漏后储罐外罐的频率相差不大,但比空罐时的频率降低很多.说明了液体对储罐系统自振特性的影响是很大的,相当于储罐内部增加了液体的约束.

Abstract:In this paper with some large LNG storage tank structure for instance, in consideration of store a liquid condition down the interaction and impact of the storage tank and the liquid, namely the coupling question of liquid and structure, storage tanks using the finite element method modal analysis of the structure.The results showed that:empty the first three frequencies 6.376, 6.376, 6.468 Hz, liquid storage tank within the first three frequencies 0.102,0.102,0.137 Hz, after the leak within the tank the first three frequency 0.093,0.093,0.136 Hz, the liquid storage tank after the leak within the tank and the tank wall or less the same frequency, but less frequently than when empty lot. That the liquid storage tank systems on the vibration characteristics of a large, equivalent to an increase of the liquid storage tank within the constraints.
