| 摘 要： | 就基金的“封转开”问题展开探讨,提出要正确看待封闭式基金在特定的市场条件下自身的缺点和优点,肯定它存在的市场价值.它不应该被开放式基金所取代,而应该继续保持自己的独立性,与开放式基金一起在证券市场上发挥作用.

| Abstract: | A discussion was extended according to the issue of closed-to-open of funds, and proposed to properly consider both the advantages and disadvantages of closed fund at a certain marketing condition. Its market value of the existence is confirmed, and it is believe that closed fund should not be replaced by open funding. Instead, closed fund should continue to keep its unique characteristic and play an improtant role with open fund in stock market. |
