直齿锥齿轮锻件切边模齿廓曲线拟合

摘    要:根据直齿锥齿轮精锻件切边模刃口理论齿廓曲线的参数方程 ,对切边模齿形曲线进行了圆弧拟合并推导出了拟合误差计算公式 ,并通过对BJ130行星齿轮精锻件切边模齿形的拟合 ,证明了此方法具有极高的拟合精度。本文提出的拟合法可以推广到其它锥齿轮和圆柱齿轮精锻件切边模的设计和制造中 ,结合CAD/CAM技术可以实现切边模的线切割加工

Abstract:Kinds of the side cut die for net forgings of bevel gears made by EDM are pointed out.Using the equation of the theoretical curve of the flank profile of side cut die,the authors fit the curve of flank profiles of side cut die by arc and derive the calculating equation of precision analyzing method.Using the fitting curve of the flank profile of the side cut die for net forgings of BJ130 bevel gears,the authors also prove that this mothod possesses a very high fitting precision.The authors provide the fitting mothod used in manufacting the side cut die for the other bevel gear forged.Using CAD/CAM technique,the authors also propose the method of accomplishing the side cut die for the bevel gear by wire cutting.
