| 摘 要： | 认为文化和谐与和谐文化是两个不同层面的范畴。民族地区文化建设既要立足于推进具体文化领域的和谐,又要着眼于更高的境界,在追求文化和谐的过程中建设和谐文化,这是民族地区和谐文化建设的现实选择。提出民族地区和谐文化建设应处理好主流文化、少数民族传统文化、外来文化以及现代文化等多元文化之间的和谐关系。
