在高速城市化发展背景下,历史性建筑的保护不仅不应缩减规模,还应以形成历史性建筑保护片区为主要保护模式,使城市中的历史性建筑保护规模同城市化发展的要求和城市文化需求量相匹配.作者试图建立一种历史性建筑的类型保护策略,首先以时、空维度为标准,对城市中的历史性建筑体系进行类型划分,然后从每个类型具有的众多特异性比较中过滤出起主导作用的特异性,并以最能完整代表该特异性的对象范围为基础,界定出该类型的保护范围,并以此类推,将城市中的历史性建筑体系所包含的所有类型的保护范围加以叠加,形成最能完整再现该特异性的保护范围界定方案.

Typical preservation strategy of historical buildings in the course of high speed urbanization

In the course of high speed urbanization,the preservation scale of historical buildings should not be reduced,on the contrary,it needs to be extended and laid to the main model of historical blocks.This preservation model should keep a balance between the scale of preservation and the requirement of both urbanization and city culture.The author tries to set up a kind of typical preservation strategy.First,according to the time and space,the system of historical buildings in the city is classified into types.Then,through selecting the main specificity from each type,and based on the best representative decided by the main specificity,the extent of preservation areas can be determined.Finally,through superposing these specificities,the best project of the preservation extent can be established.
