外固定架治疗胫骨骨不连及先天性胫骨假关节的临床护理

探讨外固定架治疗胫骨骨缺损、伴肢体短缩的胫骨骨不连及先天性胫骨假关节的临床护理。应用外固定架共治疗胫骨骨缺损、伴肢体短缩性骨不连及先天性胫骨假关节25例。胫骨断端清理后短缩长度2至9cm,平均4.7 cm。结果25例病人随访8个月至10年,平均5年6个月,骨不连全部愈合,患肢功能恢复满意,无并发症发生。说明正确有效的围手术期护理是提高手术成功率、减少并发症及促进患者早日康复的重要措施。

Nursing care of Tibial Bone Nonunion and tibial pseudarthrosis with using External Fixator

Objective To explore the effect of external fixator in the treatment of tibial bone nonunion and congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia. Methods Twenty cases,with tibial bone defect, tibial bone nonunion or congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia with limb shortening were treated with external fixator. The shortened length of the tibia was in the range of 2~9cm with an average of 4.8cm.Result All the 20 cases were followed-up for 8 months to 7 years,4 years and 3 months on average,all of these patients were healed and has asatisfactory function recovery without any complication. Conclusion Proper and effective perioperative nursing care was essential to the early recovery of patients,it can improve the success rate of surgery and reduce complications.
