摘    要:用X射线衍射分析、透射电镜等技术研究了几种不同热处理制度下Cu—6.31Al—18·47Zn(wt%)合金试样的马氏体结构、有序畴尺寸及社度、有序度、亚结构,并计算了马氏体的能量.结果表明:试样经不同的热处理制度后,18R1马氏体结构由M型变为N型,层错由基面变为非基面层错;有序畴衬度与热处理制度无关;马氏体有序度S越大,对应的能量越高,马氏体越不易稳定化。

Abstract:Martensite structute and size of order domain and ordering degree and substructure of CuZnAl alloy heat-treated by several different processes have been studied by using X-ray analysisand TEM technique. While the enetgy of martensite has been calculated. The results show that18R1 martensite structure is changed from M- type martensite to N-type martensite and stackingfault is altered from base-face to non-base-face heat-treated by several different processes.Order domain contrast has nothing to do with heat treatment procness. The larger the ordering degree, the higher the martensite energy,the more unstable the martensite will be.
