摘    要:从某钢铁集团焦化厂污水处理曝气池取样,以苯酚为唯一碳源进行富集培养,然后经过分离与筛选,最后得到4株苯酚降解能力较强的菌株,这些菌株最高可耐受3.0 g.L-1的苯酚.苯酚降解能力测定表明,4株菌在72 h内能将浓度为1.5 g.L-1的苯酚完全降解,72 h内对浓度为2.0 g.L-1苯酚的降解率分别达到99.4%、80.5%、73.5%、70.1%.

Abstract:Active sludge has been collected from a sewage treatment tank of coke-oven plant of a steel and iron group.Four strains which can effectively degenerate phenol are isolated after domestication and filtration,under the aerobic condition and using phenol as the only carbon and energy source.These strains may tolerate up to phenol concentration of 3.0 g·L-1.They can completely degenerate phenol at a concentration of 1.5 g·L-1 within 72 h.And the degeneration rate may reach 99.4%,80.5%,73.5% and 70.1%,respectively when phenol concentration reaches to 2.0 g·L-1 in the medium.
