| 摘 要： | 本文观察并测定了磁场（强度为０．４Ｔ）对太行山猕猴（Ｍａｃａｃａｍｕｌａｔｔａ）眼形态学及眼内某些生化组分的影响．结果表明，磁场作用组与对照组相比无显著差异，可以认为这一强度的磁场不会对猕猴眼产生不良影响．

| Abstract: | This paper concerns the effect of magnetic field on the morphology and partly composition of eyes in the Taihang Montain Rhesus Monkey(Macaca mulatta).These monkeys are divided two groups:one is the normal monkey, other is the experimental monkey whose eyes are treated by the magnetic field,0.4T in intensity.The morphology of eyes are observed,and the levels of total protein and water-soluble protein in the lens, vitamine C in the equeous humor and glucose in the vitreous body are measured in the normal and the experimental monkey.Compared the experimental monkey to the normal monkey, there are no marked difference.Thus we conclude that the morphology and the composition of eyes in the Rhesus monkey are not changed by the magnetic field action. |
