| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校生源的不断扩大,就业指导工作迎来巨大的挑战。通过阐述大学生个性化就业指导教育,分析高职院校大学生个性化就业指导存在的问题及其原因,提出健全法律法规、完善管理制度等措施。唯有做好大学生个性化就业指导教育,才更有利于减轻就业压力,实现高职毕业生顺利就业。

| Abstract: | With the continuous expansion of the higher vocational college students, employment guidance work faces enormous challenges. Through discussing the education of college students personalized employment guidance, the existing personalized employment guidance for students in vocational colleges and the reasons of these problems are analyzed, solutions to perfecting the laws and regulations and perfecting the management system and other measures are put forward . Personalized employment guidance for students not only relieves the employment pressure but also achieves higher vocational graduates＇ employment. |
