转型期我国农村社区建设问题研究

在社会转型期,随着社会建设快速发展和城镇化进程的加快,农村社区建设面临各种挑战:社区规划科学性不强,农民群众参与性低,基础设施不健全,缺乏产业支撑,养老体系亟待完善等。对我国社区建设中的问题进行分析的基础上,有针对性地提出:充分发挥农民的主体作用,加强社区管理队伍建设,加大社区建设的投入力度。

Research on the Construction Issue of China Rural Communities in the Period of Transition

In the period of social transition with the rapid development of social construction and acceleration of the urbanization process the rural community construction is facing various challengesscientific community planning is not strong peasants？participation is low the infrastructure is not sound lack of industry support the pension system is to be perfect and so on .Based on the analysis of the problems it is proposed that the principal role of peasants be played community management team be strengthened and more investment be made in community construction .
