我国服务业生产效率的区域比较研究

通过DEA模型,在分析服务业生产活动内在特点的基础上,构建投入产出指标,实证选取了2013年我国的省级数据,评价地区间服务业生产效率的得分,探讨了我国服务经济生产效率的提升途径。通过分析,认为我国当前服务业整体效率较低,具有明显的区域特征,东部效率较高,西部次之,中部地区整体效率最差;各地区在发展服务业过程中存在较大的投入冗余。因此,应注重服务业的区域间协调发展;加强对人力资本投入的正确引导;进行产业升级,实现人力资本与物质资本的协调使用。

A Com parative Study on Production Efficiency of Services in Different Areas

The input and output index is constructed based on DEA model .By empirically selecting provincial data of China in 2013 this paper evaluates the score of productive efficiency of service sector in various regions and then explores the approaches of promoting productive efficiency .According to the analysis the overall efficiency in service sector in China is comparatively low and there is a remarkable feature in its regional distribution .The efficiency in eastern regions is comparatively higher with the western regions following it and that in central regions is the worst .There exists larger redundant input in the process of developing the service sector .Thus regional coordination development of the service sector should be emphasized and human and material capitals should be strengthened .
