| 摘 要： | 由于数控机床的很多功能都建立在回参考点基础上,且回参考点故障的排除主要通过两个方面,一方面是坐标轴参数、机械传动系统参数正确设置;另一方面是通过减速开关、减速挡块等相关硬件故障的排除来解决。因此,较系统地阐述了回参考点故障的诊断与维修方法。

| Abstract: | Many functions in the NC machine tool are established on the basis of returning reference counter. To solve the failure of returning reference points can be done in two aspects, one is correct setup of the coordinate parameters and mechanical transmission system, the other is to clear the fault of hardware of deceleration switch and block. Maintenance method of returning reference counter is discussed. |
