面向数控培训的CAD/CAM应用

随着现代工业技术的迅速发展 ,数控机床已成为现代机械工业的主力设备 ,社会对数控技术人才的需求也越来越高。数控机床是我系技能培训的重点 ,我们将CAD/CAM和数控车床仿真软件相结合 ,可降低成本提高效率。本文探讨了以CAD/CAM为核心 ,结合数控仿真软件及数控机床的数控培训模式 ,使学生更好地掌握现代先进制造技术。

Application of CAD/CAM in Numerical Control Oriented Training

With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, numerical control machine tools have become the main equipment of modern mechanical industry, and the society has increasing demands for professional personnel of numerical control technology. Now in this department, numerical machinery is the focal point of skill-training. If CAD/CAM combines with numerical control simulated software, it can provide more space for numerical control machine tools with less money and higher efficiency. In this paper, a numerical control training mode equipped with numerical control simulated software and numerical control machines is to be introduced with CAD/CAM as the core. This training mode will lay a solid foundation for students to master the advanced manufacturing engineering.
