| 摘 要： | 有限增长过程是自然界和社会生活中的一类普遍现象，在许多事物有限增长过程的前期和后期都存在着波动现象，有限增长规律的理论对此不能给予合理的解释。文章应用现代非线性系统理论，指出混沌是增长过程中的一部分，并提出了一类事物增长过程的分形规律，从而为社会、经济、技术发展的预测提供了一种新的方法。

| Abstract: | Limit growth process is a kind of phenomena of nature and society. Before or/and after many limit growth processes,there is chaolike state, whereas limit growth theory could not explain that reasonably. This paper points out that there is a piece of chaotic process before or after a growth process, and that some growth processes reveal fractal curves, which can be used as a method of social, economic and technological forecasting. |
