摘    要:为研究邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)对鲤鱼的急性毒性作用.选取邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为研究对象,探讨其对鲤鱼肝脏有关代谢酶类活性的影响以及对鲤鱼抗氧化活性的改变.结果表明,除最低浓度组(1.0μg/L)外,其余各实验组邻苯二甲酸二甲酯对鲤鱼血清反映肝功能的有关酶类如丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)活性均有显著性升高;同时,鲤鱼肝细胞、鱼鳃和肌肉中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性表现为显著性降低,而膜脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量却显著性升高.说明一定浓度的邻苯二甲酸二甲酯对鲤鱼肝脏具有明显毒性,对鲤鱼的抗氧化能力有明显损伤作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the acute toxic effects of phthalic acid esters on carp.Methods Dimethyl phthalate was chosen as the object of study,whose effects on carp liver metabolic enzyme activity and carp antioxidant activity were discussed.Results Dimethyl phthalate significantly increased the activity of enzymes in carp serum who are associated to liver function,including alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and gamma-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT).Compared with the control,almost all the experimental groups,except the lowest concentration group,showed statistical significance.Meanwhile,the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities in carp liver cells,gills and muscle reduced significantly.The contents of membrane lipids peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) increased significantly.Conclusion Dimethyl phthalate has obvious toxicity to carp liver,and can damage to carp's antioxidant ability.
