城管执法中的危机管理

城管“暴力执法”和相对人“暴力抗法”的危机事件严重影响了正常的社会运行秩序。分析城管执法危机爆发的原因，构建城管执法危机管理模型，形成危机预警、危机处置和恢复管理三位一体的城管执法危机管理机制，是本文研究的目的所在。

The crisis management of law enforcement in city management

The crisis arising from the violent law enforcement of the city administrator and the violent defense of the person involved has severely influenced the normal social order. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the hence to form a causes of such a crisis, build a management model for the urban enforcement crisis and management mechanism which includes crisis precaution, the way to handle the crisis and management recovery.
