| 摘 要： | 针对智能运输系统(ITS)项目的开发，建立了突发交通事件非线性、非参数诊断的变点统计方法．依据交通流理论，结合均值交点模型，对变点搜索的最小二乘法和局部比较法进行了阐述．利用英国南安普敦市的实际数据对上述两种算法进行了标定，并给出模型应用的实例验证了方法的有效性．

| Abstract: | To develop intelligent transport system(ITS), a nonlinear and nonparametric statistical method of change-point to analyze traffic flow breakdown is established. Based on traffic flow theory, the least-square algorithm to search change-points and the local comparison algorithm are discussed. The method is calibrated with the data of the city of Southampton, UK. A real example of application is also given to test the effectiveness of the method. |
