摘    要:综述了EMG、有限元、多刚体和逆动力学、神经-肌肉-骨骼和肌肉-骨骼建模等四种方法在步态研究中应用的现状。分析了当前研究的困难和不足。指出困难在于对活体步态参数的测量,不足之处是没有运用多柔体系统动力学。提出未来研究的重点应集中在把人体重要的肌肉、骨骼、韧带作为多柔体系统的部件,改进人体组织的本构模型和有限元方法,基于步态生物力学运用多学科相结合为正常人研制功能性服装和鞋袜等三方向。

Abstract:Gait-related researches and simulations on electromyography, finite element method and analysis, rigid multibody and inverse dynamics method, neuromusculoskeletal and musculoskeletal model in recent years were summarized. Research-deficiencies and research-difficulties were analyzed, including gait-parameters-measurements of living human-body, and dynamics of flexible multibody systems not applied. Future- enhancements were pointed out, including significant muscles, bones and ligaments of body regarded as parts in flexible multibody system, constitutive relations of body-organism and finite element methods improved, and functional clothing, footwear, stocking/sock designed forhealth and common persons using multisubjects based on gait- biomechanics.
