有机添加剂对双层镍层间电位差影响的研究

摘    要:双层镍的层间电位差是影响双层镍抗蚀性能的根本因素.选用不同的有机物作为半光亮镍添加剂,由它制得的双层镍层间电位差互不相同.本文通过测试双层镍的层间电位差,阴、阳极极化曲线,微分电容,循环伏安曲线及电子控针X-射线显微分析.找出有机添加剂影响层间电位差的规律,并对其作用机理做了初步探讨.结果表明:(1)选用结构较复杂,分子体积较大的有机物作为半光亮镍添加剂时,可得到层间电位差较大的双层镍;(2)这些有机添加剂主要是通过吸附影响阴极沉积过程的;(3)不同有机物使半光亮镍沉积层的组成和性质发生不同的变化,从而产生不同的层间电位差.

Abstract:The electrochemical potential difference (EPD) between layers of the duplex layered nickel deposits is the key factor affecting the corrosion protection.The EPDs were determined by using different organic compounds as the scmibright nickel additives. The effect of the organic additives on the EPD and its mechanism was discussed by the determination of EPD, the making of the cathodic and anodic polarization curve and by the measurement of the differential capacitance.It is concluded that: (1) the greater EPD can be obtained when the compound with more complicated molecular structure and bigger molecular size is used an additive for the semibright nickel deposit layer; (2) the organic compound affects the cathodic deposit process mainly through adsorption; (3) different organic compound makes different change in the comopsition and property of the semibright nickel deposit, and consequently causes the different EPDs.
