| 摘 要： | 针对兰炭生产工艺流程和安全生产的特点与要求,开发了基于双机冗余的兰炭生产过程监控系统.该系统采用工控机、PLC、仪表和以太网,构成IPC+S7-300PLC和智能仪表+工业以太网的双机冗余监控系统.系统实现了兰炭生产过程中工艺参数的实时监控与优化控制,提高了生产过程的自动化程度和管理水平. |

| Abstract: | A monitoring system for semi-coke production process based on redundancy double computers was developed according to the characteristics of semi-coke production process and the requirements of safety production.It is composed of industrial computers,PLC,instruments and Ethernet.The technological parameters of semi-coke production process can be monitored and optimized on real-time,which improves the automation level and the management level of the semi-coke production process.The monitoring system has a typical application demonstration role in the semi-coke production in northern Shaanxi and Ordos areas. |
