摘    要:为实时精确测量原油储罐液位及油水界面高度、计算集输站库原油库存量、达到原油收发计量误差小于0.35%的国家标准,设计了基于磁致伸缩液位计的集输站库原油精密盘库计量系统.系统采用三浮子法测量油水过渡带厚度,根据油水过渡带含水率随厚度的变化计算储油罐原油净油量,克服了常规测量方法由于油水过渡带厚度变化带来的测量误差;同时,为提高油罐盘库的测量精度,对罐内原油密度变化进行了补偿.系统综合误差小于0.2%,满足油田盘库计量精度的要求.

Abstract:A system for real-time accurately measuring the oil level height,water level height and the oil-water interface height in a crude oil tank was designed.It can be used for calculating crude oil inventory in a gathering station and its measurement error is less than 0.35%.The system is based on magnetostriction liquidometer,and the thickness of oil-water transition zone is determined using three float method.The net crude oil amount in a tank is determined according to the variation of the water content in oil-water transition zone with thickness.The measurement method removes the error of the conventional measurement methods owing to the thickness variation of oil-water transition zone,and it realizes the compensation to the variation of the crude oil density in the tank,which improves the measurement accuracy of the crude oil in the tank.The integrated measurement error of this system is less than 0.20%,which meets the requirement of the measurement accuracy of crude oil stocktaking in gathering stations.
