锅炉排污热量回收节能分析与技术改造

摘    要:根据我国锅炉总装机容量分析了回收锅炉排污热量的节能潜力,采用物料衡算法计算回收锅炉排污热量的烟尘和SO2减排效果。以渭化集团动力车间220 t/h硫化床蒸汽锅炉技术改造工程为例,介绍了采用JRW-DN100型汽-水混合器回收锅炉排污热量的技术方案,实践证明,该技术是余热回收利用的有效途径。

Abstract:According to China's total installed capacity of boiler, boiler blowdown heat recovery energysaving potential is analyzed. Material balance algorithm is used for the calculation of recovery boiler blowdown heat smoke and SO2 emission reduction effect. Taking Wei group power plant 220 t/h Fluidized Bed Boiler Technology reconstruction project as an example, introduced JRW- DN100 steam water mixer boiler blowdown heat recovery technology. Practice has proved this technology is an effective way to utilize waste heat recovery.
