二甲醚的油束模型和试验研究

摘    要:根据二甲醚(DME)的喷雾试验,提出了针对二甲醚燃料的油束喷雾模型,并确定了喷雾油束模型常数,该模型可以计算出喷雾特性的主要参数,包括贯穿度、索特平均直径和喷雾锥角等。模型计算和试验研究表明:贯穿度随喷孔直径、背压和喷油初速的增大而增大;索特平均直径随喷孔直径和背压的增大、喷油初速的减小而增大,喷雾锥角公式考虑了燃料物性和液、气相互运动的作用,因而与实测结果符合较好,油束模型与试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:Based on dimethyl ether (DME) spray experiments, a spray model was developed for DME spray, and the model constants were defined. This model can calculate the main parameters of spray characteristics such as penetration, Sauter mean diameter and cone angle. It is indicated by calculation and experiments that penetration increases with the increase of hole diameter, back pressure and injection speed,Sauter mean diameter increases with the increase of hole diameter and back pressure, and with the decrease of the initial injection speed. The expression of cone angle here can get good result for taking into account the influence of fuel properties and the relative movement of spray and air. Comparison between calculation and experiment indicated that this spray model is in good agreement with the measurement.
