关于医科院校计算机课程改革的思考

目前,医科院校开设计算机文化基础作为学生学习信息技术的主要课程．医科院校学生在进入大学学习之前,已基本掌握了计算机的基本知识和应用．另外随着信息技术普遍应用于医疗卫生行业,医科院校培养的医务工作者需要提高数据处理水平．为了使学生毕业后能够熟练应对医疗卫生信息,进行系统的处理,必须在大学阶段就对医务人员进行医学信息学教育和培训．分析当前医科院校计算机基础教育面临的形势和任务以及医科院校开设“医学信息学概论”作为基础课程的必要性,提出了在医科院校中开设“医学信息学概论”作为基础课程的建议．目的是使得大学生在校学习到更新、更为实用的知识,以更好的适应知识的更新、社会的进步．

The thinking about the reform in education of computer in medical college

Currently, the medicine college sets up the Computer Cultural Foundation to be the main course of the studying information. Before entering the college, the students had studied the basic knowledge about computing. On the other hand, as medical treatment equipped with information technique divices,, the medical worker needs to raise ability about data processing quantity. For dealing with the information of medical treatment, the students must learn the Medical Information before they graduated. This text analyzes the situation about computer-base education and the necessity that medicine colleges set up the outline of the Medical Information, and suggests to set up the outline of the Medical Information as basic course. The purpose is making students learn newer and more knowledge for the progress of the society.
