| 摘 要： | 近年来,IP电话在语音通信业务中的市场份额逐年增加,发展前景十分广阔,但制约IP电话发展的相关问题也比较突出.本文阐述了IP电话的实现原理及相关技术,着重讨论了影响IP电话发展的语音质量问题、标准化问题和安全问题,并就这些问题的解决给出了建议.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the market shares of IP telephony has been greatly increased in speech communications. IP telephony has bright future, but related problems on restricting the development of IP phone has been attentioned. This paper introduces the theory and technology of IP telephony, discusses the questions about speech quality, standardization and security, which will infect the development of IP telephony, and gives some proposals on how to handle them. |
