CO_2焊短路频率测量单片机系统的研制

摘    要:在短路过渡CO2焊接过程中,短路频率越高,过渡熔滴越小,焊缝波纹越细密,焊接过程越稳定,飞溅越小、,焊缝成形越好,所以,对表征短路过渡过程的短路过渡频率的测量是具有重要意义。而单片机具有很强的抗干扰能力和很好的温度特性,在测量精度和速度上都能满足短路频率测量的技术要求。本文对利用单片机测量CO2气体保护焊短路过渡频率作了详细介绍,阐述了短路过渡原理及单片机测量频率的定时/计数原理,并针对现有的短路过渡测量系统硬件设计编制了相应的软件,完成了CO2焊短路频率测量系统的设计工作。通过实际的软硬件的调试,实现了对CO2焊短路频率的测量,并能够分辨出正常短路与瞬时短路。

Research on the frequency measurement system of short circuit transfer in CO_2 welding

Abstract:A higher short circuit frequency transfer in CO2 welding means smaller transfer droplets, smooth bead, more stable welding, lower spatter and better weld shape so that it is important to measure the short circuit transfer frequency in CO2 welding. The single-chip micro controller has many merits, for example, very powerful resistance capability against disturbance and the good temperature property, its measurement accuracy and velocity are able to meet the technical requirement of measuring the frequency of short circuit transfer. This paper describes in detail how to measure the frequency of short circuit transfer in CO2 gas shielded welding by using the single-chip micro controller, elaborates the rule of short circuit transfer and the time/count in the single-chip micro controller, also designs and writes a relevant program on base of the hardware of the short circuit transfer measurement system, and completes the design of the measurement system. The actual debugging of the hardware and software, has improved the measurement of CO2 welding short circuit transfer frequency, moreover distinguishing the instantaneous short circuit from general short circuit.
