| 盐地碱蓬超氧化物歧化酶的提取及抗氧化活性的研究 |

| 摘 要： | 以盐地碱蓬为原料提取超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),采用邻苯三酚自氧化法对其酶活进行测定。实验结果表明:10g盐地碱蓬中提取的SOD,经硫酸铵分级沉淀、氯仿/乙醇沉淀、丙酮沉淀及热处理后,酶活分别为427.035U/mg、648.6736U/mg和1181.856U/mg。

| Abstract: | The Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)was extracted from a kind of halophyte Suaeda salsa, and the activity of it was tested by the self-oxidization method of pyrogallic acid. The results show that with ammonium sulfate fractionation,chloroform/ethanol(3:5,V/V)extraction, acetone precipitation and heat denaturation, the activity of SOD from 10g Suaeda salsa were 427.035U/mg, 648.6736U/mg and 1181.856U/mg. |
