都市农业的文化影响特征分析

文化与农业之间存在着长久而密切的相互联系.中国文化的发展得益于其悠久的农耕文明,同时,中国文化的演进也一直是推动农业发展的重要动力之一,从传统农业的自然经济发展直到现代的都市农业,文化对农业都有着深刻的影响.文化如此深切影响都市农业发展并形成中西方不同的都市农业形态,是一个值得探讨的问题.从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化四个层次分析文化的基本特质,并从这四个层次分析文化影响下都市农业发展的特征.研究表明,在多层次文化影响下,中西方都市农业呈现出完全不同的发展特征.对于都市农业文化内涵的深入挖掘,可以为都市农业优化升级提供参考,为农业部门提供决策依据.

Characteristics of China's Urban Agriculture Development Under the Influence of Its Multi-dimensional Cultures

There exists a long and close relationship between Cuhure and agricuhure. The evolution of Chinese culture benefited from its long history of agriculture civilization, and at the same time, Chinese culture has always been the important pushing factor for its agriculture development. This mutual influence can be well manifested and reflected in the process of transformation from traditional agriculture to the modern urban agriculture. This paper is trying to analyze the basic characteristics of Chinese culture in terms of four dimensions, including material culture, behavioral culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture, as well as to identify the specific characteristics of urban agriculture under the influence of these multi-dimensional cultures. The study shows that there does exist a big difference of characteristics of urban agriculture development in China comparing with its counterparts in the West due to the influence of their specific different multi-dimensional cultures.
