| 摘 要： | 目的：评价氩气刀加局部化疗治疗晚期食道癌梗阻的治疗效果及其优势。方法：经内镜采用先用氟脲嘧啶局部化疗，后用氩气刀局部烧灼，治疗晚期食道癌梗阻15例，并进行临床观察。结果：本组晚期食道癌梗阻病例用氩气刀加局部化疗治疗后，均获得满意疗效。结论：氩气刀加局部化疗，能使食道管腔内梗阻的肿瘤组织短期内坏死脱落，使食道管腔通畅，以达到饮食改善增加寿命的目的，其方法简单、安全、易于推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects and preference of argon plasma coagulation(APC) plus local chemotherapy on patients in later period with carcinoma of esophagus companied with obstruction.Methods: 15 patients in later period with carcinoma of esophagus were treated using 5-fluorouracil first and then argon plasma coagulation to burn the carcinoma tissue locally.Results: All the patients got satisfied therapeutic effect.Conclusion: APC plus chemotherapy could make the tissue of carcinoma which obstructed the esophagus necrosis fall off from the wall of esophagus.This method was simple,safe and easily applied. |
