博弈均衡表明:创业过程中由利益分配所导致的权力斗争是客观和不可避免的,基于对创业项目边际贡献来进行利益分配的激励措施并不能有效的调和关键参与人之间的利益冲突,但对创业项目的边际贡献却是权力配置的一个重要的衡量标准。权力配属和利益分配矛盾无法在创业组织内部,单纯依赖边际贡献原则解决。对这一问题的解决需要创业组织外部资源和力量的介入,利用转移支付或其他科层内部命令控制系统来协调。
