摘    要:本文应用Airy函数和散射矩阵方法研究了外加偏压对三元准周期超晶格高能态电子隧穿性质的影响. 结果表明, 不同外加偏压下,高能态电子透射率谱在一定范围内有显著的变化. 随着偏压的增大,透射峰位置向低能量区域移动.

Abstract:In this paper the effect of the bias voltage on the resonant tunneling of high_energy electron in three_tile quasiperiodic superlattice is investigated by scatter matrix method with Airy function. It is shown that for the same system, under different bias voltages, the spectra of the electron transmissivity change obviously within a certain energy range. The transmission peaks of high_energy electron are moved toward low_energy ranges with the increasing of the bias voltage.
