潜油电泵检测装置保温结构优化设计

摘    要:潜油电泵性能检测试验装置的保温效果是试验得以进行的前提条件。根据各种保温材料的特性进行了复合保温结构的优选,并利用共轭梯度法对复合保温结构各层保温厚度进行了反演。优化设计结果保证了在总保温厚度不变的情况下,保温结构达到了最佳的保温效果。试验结果表明,通过地面循环管道的复合保温结构以及空气夹层的井筒保温,保证了系统中的试验循环水从室温加热到180℃仅需约10h。

Abstract:The excellent thermal insulation is the precondition to carry on performance inspection for the submersible motor.The multiple thermal insulating structure was optimized according to the characteristic of the various thermal insulating materials,and the depth of thermal insulating layers was inversed by using the conjugate gradient method.The optimized results guaranteed the optimal thermal insulating effect under the circumstances of the invariable depth.The experiment shows that it takes ten hours to heat...
