摘    要:研究了甘薯外植体在不定根和不定芽分化过程中内源ABA、GA3和iPAs含量变化的规律.甘薯外植体中内源激素含量的高低直接影响不定根和不定芽分化的难易.内源ABA和GA3含量高的茎段外植体易于产生不定芽的分化,内源iPAs含量高的茎段和叶柄外植体易于诱导不定根的分化.在甘薯外植体离体培养过程中,当不定根或不定芽形成时,内源ABA、GA3和iPAs含量最高,而当不定根或不定芽形成之后,内源ABA、GA3和iPAs含量下降,说明内源激素在甘薯外植体不定根和不定芽的启动中起重要作用.

Abstract:The variation in contents of ABA, GA3 and iPAs during adventitious root and bud differentiation in sweet potato were measured with ELISA. The contents of endogenous hormones ABA, GA3, and iPAs affected the induction and differentiation of adventitious roots and buds. The stems, which had higher contents of endogenous ABA and iPAs, were easier to induce adventitious buds. The stems and the petioles, which had higher content of endogenous iPAs, were easier to induce adventitious roots. The contents of endogenous ABA, GA3 and iPAs were highest at the formation of adventitious roots and buds, and peaks appeared, then they decreased after the formation of adventitious roots and buds. This showed that endogenous hormones played an important role in the initiation of adventitious roots and buds organogenesis from explants of sweet potatos.
