摘    要:对含有不同微孔缺陷尺寸的16MnR试棒,在低周疲劳下研究了裂纹扩展的规律。试件初始缺陷尺寸对疲劳寿命的影响,可用垂直于载荷方向缺陷截面积的四次方根来表达。探讨了微裂纹扩展速率和描述低周疲劳的Manson-Coffin公式之间的相互关系。

Abstract:The process of small crack low cycle fatigue propagation was investigated with 16 MnR low carbon manganese steel. Experiments were carried out with bar specimens which contain small surface holes of different diameter. The effect of original defect size on the fatigue life can be described with the fourth root of the defect area perpendicular to the loading direction. The relation between the formula of crack propagating rates and Manson-Coffin equation has been discussed.
