微生物酸化技术应用于碱法草浆黑液酸析木素的试验研究

摘    要:碱法草浆黑液碱性大、木素含量高、成分复杂,极难处理,利用微生物酸化技术将黑液预酸化,在不添加任何营养的条件下,不仅可使pH值下降至中性,而且CODcr、木素含量均有所下降,再经酸析木素比直接酸析木素节约用酸40%左右,极大的降低了处理成本,提高了处理效率。

The test and research of application of microbial acidizing technology used in lignin acidizing separation to treat alkaline wheat straw pulping wastewater
Abstract:Wheat straw pulping wastewater has high alkalinity, lignin and contents with complicate composition which is difficult to treat. The microbial acidizing technology is used to pre acidize the wastewater on condition of no additional nutrition which can reduce not only the pH value to neutral level but also the COD\-\{cr\} and lignin content. The acid amount used in pre acidizing lignin separation process can be saved about 40%, which greatly reduce the treatment cost and improve the treatment efficiency.
