摘    要:传统的“应试教育”压抑了创造性 ,推进素质教育是中国教育改革的紧迫课题。从个性教育、问题与答案、评价学生三个方面对比中美教育的差异 ,确立素质教育观。

Abstract:The traditional "education for test" depresses creation. It is an urgent task for Chinese education reform to carry forward all-round education. Chinese education is contrasted with American education in three aspects: education on personality, problems and way-out and commenting on students, and so the idea of all-round education is formed.
