| 摘 要： | 农村学前教育面临城乡差距大、发展步履维艰的问题。政府对农村学前教育的扶持行为应在城乡统筹的大背景下加大经费投入力度,解决好农村留守儿童教育问题,统筹城乡师资,落实监督机制,促进农村学前教育均衡发展。
