人力资本积累与经济增长研究综述及启示

从人力资本计量的不同方法角度归纳评述了当前国内外有关人力资本与经济增长关系研究中的重要文献,结论表明:人力资本与经济增长存在正向关系,但不同学者实证研究人力资本产出贡献率的结果存在较大差异,而人力资本计量方法的差异是导致相关研究结论不一致的重要原因.因此,在对人力资本的计量方法进行评价的基础上,从人力资本投入与产出角度建立了更能综合反映人力资本水平的评价指标体系,以期对于后续实证研究人力资本积累与经济增长的关系具有一定的参考价值.

A Review on Human Capital Accumulation and Economic Growth and Its Implications

From the perspective of different measurement methods of human capital,the essay summarizes the important current research on human capital and economic growth both at home and abroad. Conclusions show that there is a positive relationship between human capital and economic growth,but there is a big difference in different scholars' empirical research on human capital contribution of output rate,and the difference in human capital measurement methods is an important cause of the inconsistent findings of the related research. Thus,based on the review of human capital measurement methods,this essay establishes a more comprehensive reflection of the level of human capital evaluation system from the perspective of the input and output of human capital in order to provide reference for the subsequent empirical study on the relationship between human capital and economic growth.
