脂肪酶在去污应用中的研究

摘    要:研究了脂肪酶对油酯污布除油率的影响。结果表明,脂肪酶Lip在含量为40-100u/mL,洗涤溶液pH为9.0,洗涤温度为20-40℃,洗涤时间为20-30min时去污效果最佳。Lip与AES,TX-10或Sav配伍使用有良好的配伍去污作用,而与LAS的配伍去污效果不佳。添加酶稳定剂可以保存酶在洗涤过程中的相对活性,增强脂肪酶的去污作用。

Abstract:The effect of lipase on the removal of triglyceride soil in laundry was studied. The results show that lipase Lip can improve the removal of oil in the optimum condition of 40~100 u/mL as the content of Lip, 9.0 as the pH of washing solution, 20~40 ℃ as the washing temperature, and 20~30 min as the washing time. The cooperating effect of Lip on the removal of soil with AES, TX-10 or Sav is better, but the activity of Lip is inhibited by LAS. The effect of lipase on the removal of soil can be increased by adding the enzyme stabilizer to keep its relative activity.
