空心加压螺纹钉固定治疗中青年股骨颈骨折

目的：探讨空心加压螺纹钉治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的效果，并分析其特点。方法：本组18例，平均35．2岁。其中头下型4例，经颈型8例，基底型6例，均用双根空心加压螺纹钉固定。18例中12例囊内骨折联合股方肌骨瓣植入。术后8个月负重活动。平均随访1～5年。结果：本组18例全部愈合，14例发生股骨头坏死。结论：空心加压螺纹钉固定、恰当选择肌骨瓣植入，有利于中青年股骨颈骨折的愈合，是比较理想的股骨颈骨折治疗方法。

Use of Hollow Compressed Screws for Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in the Young and Middle-aged

Objective:The purpose was to investigate the effect of using hollow compression screw for treatment of femoral neck fracture in young and middle-aged,and to analyze its characteristics.Methods:18 cases were analyzed,with an average age of 35.2.4 cases were with fracture under the head,8 cases were by the neck and 6 cases were at the bottom of neck.All cases were treated with double hollow compression screws.Intracapsular fracture of the Joint Unit muscle flap implantation was used for 12 cases out of 18 cases.Loading activities began eight months after surgery.The average follow-up period was 1 to 5 years.Results:18 cases got full recovery,including one case of a femoral head necrosis.Conclusion:Hollow compression screw fixation and appropriate muscle flap implantation were conducive to the healing of femoral neck fracture in the young and middle-aged.It was more suitable for femoral neck fracture treatment.
