| 摘 要： | 就具体的罗茨鼓风机设计论述了利用几何方法建立圆弧型转子型线方程的方法 ,并绘制出型线图形 .实践结果表明 ,根据转子型线方程 ,采用数控机床加工出的转子型面 ,完全符合设计要求 .

| Abstract: | Concerned with a design of specific Rouci blast fan, the derivation of profile equation of arc shaped rotor by means of geometric method is discussed and the rotor profile has been plotted. It has been shown that, when the rotor profile is machined on digital machine tool according to the profile coordinates, the rotor profile meets completely the design requirements. The equation thus built plays a guiding role in the designing of serial rotors of blast fan in the future. |
