| 摘 要： | 本文从海湾战争交战双方的空袭和防空实力、武器质量、技术水平和战术运用等诸方面简要分析了伊拉克防空作战失利的原因,以及“爱国者”导弹成功地拦截“飞毛腿”导弹的原因,并从美、伊双方的“得”、“失”中提出了提高防空系统生存能力和有效性的基本观点。

| Abstract: | This article makes a concise analysis, in such areas as capabilities of air attack and air defense, the quality of weapons, technological knowhow and employment of tactics between the two belligerent parties in Gulf War, of the causes of Iraq's failure in air defense operations and of Patriot missile's successful interception of Scud missile, and puts forward fundamental concept of enhancing the vitality and effectiveness of air defense system from the experiences of success and failure between U.S. and Iraq. |
