摘    要:【目的】观察海黍子不同分枝的形态特征,并研究离体培养条件下三生分枝的生长和生殖托数量的变化情况。【方法】采用形态观察法和离体培养技术,分别研究三生分枝在次生分枝上的分布、其数量与次生分枝长度的关系、其长度与生殖托数量的关系,并对离体培养前后三生分枝特定生长率及生殖托数量变化情况进行研究。【结果】三生分枝数量与次生分枝长度呈正相关;生殖托数量同三生分枝的长度呈正相关。离体培养实验期内,生殖托数量增长一般不超过2个;三生分枝均有不同程度的增长,特定生长率多数集中在0%~2%。【结论】海黍子不同分枝尤其是三生分枝的生长和发育有助于海黍子有性繁殖过程,可以保障海黍子群体的不断繁衍。

Abstract:Objective] To observe the morphological characteristics of different branches of Sargassum muticum and study the changes of the tertiary branches growth and the number of receptacles on the tertiary branches in vitro culture.Methods] The distribution of tertiary branches on secondary branches, the relationship between the number of tertiary branches and the length of secondary branches, and the relationship between the length of tertiary branches and the number of receptacles were studied by morphological observation and in vitro culture. And the changes of the specific growth rate and the number of receptacles on the tertiary branches were studied before and after in vitro culture.Results] The study showed that the number of the tertiary branches was positively correlated with the length of the secondary branches, and there was a positive correlation between the number of receptacles and the length of the tertiary branches. The number of the receptacles increased 1-2. The tertiary branches had different degrees of growth, and the SGR of tertiary branches mostly concentrated between 0%-2% in the vitro culture.Conclusion] The growth and development of the Sargassum muticum branches, especially the tertiary branches, are helpful to the seedling-rearing of Sargassum muticum, which can guarantee the continuous reproduction of the Sargassum muticum group.
